The Maine Green Independent Party does not accept money from corporations or their PACS. Unlike other parties the MGIP relies solely on individual support as its foundation.

Your contribution to the Maine Green Independent Party may be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to federal contributions and limitations.
Corporate and union contributions will be deposited in a non-federal account and will be used in conjunction with state and local elections.
Federal law requires that our committee report the full name, address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contribution aggregates in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Your contribution is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
